I'm Linda Dube
I founded Care Business School with one clear purpose: to raise the standard of care across the UK by giving providers the knowledge, structure and strategic guidance they need to build their services properly, from the ground up.
I bring over 20 years of experience spanning frontline practice, leadership, safeguarding and regulation. I've held roles including Social Worker, Social Work Team Manager and Best Interest Assessor, working in complex, high-risk settings where sound decision-making, legal frameworks and person-centred practice really matter.
I'm also the founder of TLS Social Care Ltd, a CQC-registered care organisation based in Yorkshire, where I serve as Director and Nominated Individual. I built the service from the ground up with no external investment, growing it into a compliant, quality-focused provider in its first year, and admitted onto the local authority's approved provider framework.
Everything I teach at Care Business School comes from doing it myself. My mission is simple: to help you build a care business that's compliant, sustainable, and genuinely proud to serve.
